| In June 1981, Steve Spiegel, Hy Spiegel, and Marvin Spiegel launched South Seas Cycle Exchange, Inc., dba South Seas Harley-Davidson and Kawasaki located at 94-896 Moloalo Street, Waipahu, Hawaii.

| South Seas’ reputation and strength as a leading motorcycle dealer grew resulting in the opening of a second dealership at 3149 North Nimitz Highway. The Nimitz dealership further diversified South Seas’ product lines. The lines South Seas carries represent all the Power Sports categories: motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, personal watercraft, jet boats, and all terrain vehicles.

| As South Seas’ success grew, Owner & President Steve Spiegel felt indebted to those who made South Seas profitable. In 2000, South Seas Cycle Exchange, Inc., underwent a significant ownership change and became an ESOP company. South Seas’ current owners are Steve Spiegel and South Seas Cycle Exchange, Inc., ESOP.

| South Seas Cycle Exchange, Inc., is proud to acknowledge that it the largest and most diverse motorcycle, personal watercraft, and all terrain dealer in the State of Hawaii. Its current product line includes Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha, BMW, Triumph, Ducati, Big Bear Choppers and Kymco. South Seas supplies the Honolulu Police Department with its BMW motorcycles and the Honolulu Fire Department with personal watercrafts and all terrain vehicles for ocean rescue and safety.
